Michael came to me 2 months ago. He’s had two knee replacements and is working through a few health issues.
After speaking with his physician he realized he needed to add weight training to his weekly routine to live a better quality of life.
After working on hip hinges and core strength among other things, we were able to get him to perform modified zercher squats and trap bar deadlifts with solid technique, today.
He left with a smile because he realized at the age of 76, he’s still strong and capable! 💪🏼

Meet Marina. She’s works long shifts at a hospit

Meet Marina.
She’s works long shifts at a hospital, but is set on keeping herself strong and healthy despite her wild hours.

So she signed up for virtual training.
This allows her to get into the gym on her own hours (not mine) while following my program for her goals and holding her accountable with frequent check ins.
We schedule in person sessions once a week or when needed for form check or any other technical assistance needed.
